Very simple solution. Using Chrome browser then go this on-line manual page. Then in Chrome open settings , then scroll down to translate then choose German. Maybe not perfect but ought to be sort of OKish.
There are German manuals like these for e.g Maschine 2 (761 pages) and software and Mikro MK2 but no German for Maschine+ that I have been able to locate
