Vienna Concert Grand cannot 'Locate' in Native Access

I recently upgraded to Komplete 14 Ultimate and have installed all the new addtions using Native Access. Unfortunately Vienna Concert Grand is under Available but only has Locate next to it. The library is missing in my NI Library so I don't know why it thinks it is there. What I need to do is install it again but Native Access in all its glorious incompetency won't let me do it as the only option is to Locate something which is completely unlocatable. Please could anyone advise how I can override it to get the install option back? Thanks

You didn't care to supply any information about your OS when posing your question/issue making rather hard to try to give any advice at all. But I will go with Sonoma from your profile.

Try removing the following Vienna Concert Grand files if there :

    Application Files

Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Instruments > *Product Name* (folder)
    Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.*Product Name*.plist
Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Native Instruments > *Product Name* > *Product Name*.json

    App-specific Data and Support Files

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > *Product Name* (folder)
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center > *Product Name*.xml

Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Product Name

If that doesn't help then also try removing the token and XML's from the trouble-shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending product XML)

Other than that please refer to the : How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

Many thanks PoorFellow for your detailed response. Prior to trying I had scanned all files on my iMac for 'Vienna' and there are none. However I double checked each of the locations you specified and, although all other installed products had corresponding files, Vienna Concert Grand was completely absent. I also followed your advice for deleting corrupted activation and xml files but all to no avail. I even overwrote Native Access and re-installed it and yet it persists in displaying Vienna Grand as Available but just with the Locate option. Thanks for trying to help but I guess I'll just have to be satisfied with the 100's of other instruments available to me which, of course, include some pretty amazing piano options.

Ooops , please excuse my blunder , I only looked as deep as the "Vienna Concert Grand" were being Native Instruments and thought the problem as being a Native Access problem. (my apologies) Please follow the guide here to install : Installing the Classic Piano Collection with Native Access
