Disk Space of my NI Content runs out
I cannot download Updates because the disk space of the NI Content is to small.
How can I transfer the NI-Content to a a bigger Disk without loosing the connections between the actual NI Content disk (E:) and the data of the systemdisk (C:)

The easiest way would be to add a new disk for your content, move all the content onto that disk then change the drive letter of the new disk to E: as long as the folder structure is the same.
You can move it onto another disk then use Native Access to relocate the libraries, but if you're moving everything the move/change drive letter is much easier.

Assuming that you are on a Windows platform as suggested by your profile : Then my take is that the easiest is to buy a disk with more disk space that you know can be used on the computer. Then depending on computer type then if a laptop put new disk in an external casing , or if on desktop with both an available drive bay , available HD controller plug and available power plug then attach hard drive (otherwise use an external case here also) . Then using software which boot ability and work-ability you have already tested you then boot on a boot media containing copy/clone software of your choice and then copy/clone the original drive to a new one while at the same time allowing the copy software to adjust partition size to that of the new drive. Having done that shut down computer and remove old drive and insert new drive instead or if the new is already installed then simply remove the old (or alternatively remove data and power cable) . Then you test that the new drive works without problems. This method generally works very well. By copying drive using boot media containing copy/clone software and following the suggested method then you ought to be able to copy/clone everything including drive letter setting (but you of course want to check the drive letters both before and after). Also the method will also allow you to test the new drive without altering the original drive. Then afterwards, if you want, then you can format the old drive and use for other purpose just be sure that you know what you are doing when formatting drives.
I always use a paid copy of a version of this relatively reasonably priced software but depending on who you ask and their experiences and preferences then you will get other opinions and suggestions.
