S49 MK3 WILL NOT CONNECT WITH LOGIC PRO X

I really am breaking point being dyslexic makes this even harder , I can not get my S49 MK3 to work on my logic IMAC M3 ,it crashes and never picks the keyboard up. I keep getting crackling in the left speaker . I am working on my old Mac while the S49 picks up dust. THERE REALLY NO ONE TO HELP HAVING DYSLEXIA AND PTSD. Violin please im so stressed it ni imposable to get help from native emails are blunt and some what rude. In a funny way it's as bad as speak to the bots on sound cloud, there is no fail safe for being dyslexic and a bot saying I don't understand you lol. HELP!

What is your exact Mac OS version ? What is your Native Access version ? Did you update the firmware on the S49 MK3 ? What is the exact version of the Logic Pro X used ?

Are you referring to the Logic Pro X crashing or the whole computer ?

You mean that your S49 MK3 now works with your IMAC M3 ? If so to which extend ? E.g. Does it function with Komplete Kontrol stand-alone app ?

Try disabling the 'Memory Server' through setting in the Kontakt 7 stand-alone app.

If that does not help then try downgrading Kontakt to KONTAKT 7.9.0

Please remember to give full disk access to ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon

all I get with kontakt 7 is could not start the memory sever!memory extension will be disabled

So I did the memory thing on kontakt 7 and crashed logic with this image

I think that you will have to let support help you fix this , there is simply nothing more that I can do other than you can try and reset Logic to default by deleting this file :

Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist

Also Please do not create duplicate threads on same issue. Your other thread will be deleted !
