Having trouble with Native Access

Hi,
I've just purchased the new Bass instrument and am having trouble downloading it.

Apparently it supposed to be done through Native Access, but I'm not having much success.

I'm getting messages that perhaps I need to update Native Access, however that is proving rather difficult to do.

I tried removing it using 'Programs and Features' with no success at all. Just won't go away.

When I try to install a new copy I get two messages:
1) The code execution cannot proceed because mia.lib was not found, and,
2) Unable to uninstall the previous version of Native Access.

I'm in a bit of a bind.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Solution to that usually are the following : (run both installers as an Admin !) :

First download and install the Legacy installer from here then reboot computer

After that then install latest version of Native Access for your OS

I hope that that works !

(Please notice that if that does not work then it might take some extra cleaning to remove the traces of the Legacy versions)

Also , if the above does not work then try to turn off your Antivirus and then try the above again !
