Maschine Mikro 3 controller deleted templates I spent time creating

I'm not too happy right now. It's bad enough that the system to edit these pads is terrible with this outdated app from who knows when. But if on top of that, I spend half an hour or more creating custom setups with custom keys and colors, and the next day they're gone, now it turns into a cruel joke. Yesterday I had 3 custom templates, now I have the default Template 1 and nothing else.

Is this a normal thing with this device and software? Should I even waste any more time recreating those presets?

Hey friend, remember that you can export the template so that you have it saved on your computer and when you want to use it you simply have to drag it to the editor control application.

Thanks, I knew that, but why do you have to be forced to save a template instead of the software just sending the preset to the Mikro, and the Mikro just saving and using it. And it's not like using that Controller Editor app makes things easy on you, it's a bit of a pain.
