Download failed

edited October 2024 in Native Access

Hello,
Unfortunately, in Native Access, I can neither download new plugins that I have already purchased plugins nor update the old ones. It keeps giving me an unsuccessful download, and it's really annoying. I have a Mac with the latest M1 processor.

I'm all done; I've given permission to Read/Write in the native folders, and I have full access to the disk in the settings. I don't know what I should do.

Thank you for your help!

Give us a clue then - what was the problem?

    This was:

    1. Close Native Access.
    2. Open the macOS System Settings > iCloud > Private Relay.
(You can also use the System Settings search field to find the Private Relay setting.)
    3. Turn off Private Relay.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Start Native Access and install your products.
    6. After installation, open the System Settings again and reactivate Private Relay.

I also have had the Download Failed problem. I recently purchased the 8Dio bundle; everything except the Majestica Professional library has downloaded successfully. I'm guessing that Native Access has done its job properly in creating the appropriate folders for each of the many sizeable products in the bundle. So why won't Majestica Professional download properly? The file is 66.38 GB, and I get 66.03 GB downloaded — and then it quits and gives me the "failed" message. I read the Preferences>iCloud>Private Relay solution, which was the ONLY solution that Native Instruments has posted online, and it can't be what's going on in my computer; I don't use iCloud, and I've verified that I don't have Private Relay activated. I need another solution. Please!

I have same problem. Only Majestica Professional library has download failed.

     Windows 11 AMD Ryzen5.
    Native Access 3.11.1
The file is 66.38 GB, and I get 62.67 GB downloaded — and then it quits and gives me the "failed" message.
Restart and retry, set proxy off, but same problem.

How did you solve this problem? Prease teach me.

@BigEastBoler @Naoki Sugimoto Well, since you seem to have a similar issue with this product, I would recommend to get in touch with our support, they can probably provide an alternateinstaller: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

Trying to get some info if this is a known issue already since you haeve exactly the same symptoms.

I am also having the exact same problem with Majestica Professional specifically. No other library has had any issue for me.

Same as @Naoki Sugimoto it gets to right near the end and then it quits and gives "failed" message. Retried numerous times.

Did anyone ever get to solve this issue?
