Maschine Plus already registered

I bought a Maschine Plus from a new and store store on Ebay the 18th of this month and I received it yesterday and it was sold as new just open box but when i went to register it, it said product already registered to another customer. I contacted the seller and he said honestly he took the guy at his word that it was new not used. Is there any way i can get this license transferred? Also Native Access is not connecting to support.

    This is a great community thank you all for your help. Turns out this was user error. I have a VPN and I think it was blocking me. I did turn my VPN off but some how it still detected it. I’m at Volkswagen getting some repairs done and decided to see if the site was fix. It wasn’t the site it was me and my VPN so again thank you all and hopefully I can return the favor.

    Try that link, there's a "login to contact support" button at the bottom which takes you to a chatbot page. You'll get connected to a real live human if the chatbot can't help, which in your case it probably can't.

    That's odd because I can get to support via that link so I'm not sure why you'd have a problem. @Jeremy_NI any ideas?

    After further research it was my browser. I was using Firefox Motzilla and Native didn't like that so I tried Google Chrome and BAM! It work.πŸ˜‚
