Native Access, VST disappeared from Kontakt and N.A.

I use Kontakt 7 for a long time and since yesterday, some of my VST has disappeared from Kontakt and native access. I haven't done any new manipulations. some others are still available.

I have installed all the items of the VST and entered the serial number in native but I can't manage to load in in kontaklt

    @Laurian Daire How do these missing products show in Native Access? Can you post a screenshot of that?

    Are your Kontakt libraries installed on an external hard drive?
