Is there actually a solution to missing thumbnails?

Hey all - just took delivery of a brand new M3 Max, basically just downloaded Access 2 and hit Install All. Didn't mess around with any locations or anything. I'd say at least half the included products are missing thumbnails in Kontrol, and Kontakt. Read thread of people deleting files, some said it made it worse. Is there an agreed upon solution? What even is the cause?

Apart from referring you to the standard support articles Thumbnail Picture Icons are Missing in the KONTAKT 7 Browser and Product Pictures are Missing in the Komplete Kontrol / Maschine 2 Browser , then all I can do is to ask if Jeremy_NI have anything to add on the subject !? (Ping for Jeremy_NI removed since OP has declared problem solved)(and I take it that the "What even is the cause?" explanation is no longer needed)

Thanks all, I'll try this. Weird that it's an issue on a totally clean install with default settings though. Would hope this gets fixed eventually!

Okay it's currently re-scanning. Looks like they're all coming back now. This is in Kontrol at least. Will try Maschine and then Kontakt 7 but so far so good. Thanks!

Sorry, triple post - just confirming, all working in Komplete, Kontakt and Maschine 2. Appreciate the help!
