the app was working perfectly, and then said restart to update. I did. after the update, it now asks me to log in but presents a second window which is blank.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem remains,

Thank you for responding. I have windows 11 Home 64bit, version 23H2.
However, I was trying some different things including booting in safe mode. I was not able to get an internet connection so I could not try to login to Access in safe mode. I then rebooted in normal mode, tried using Access again, and poof, its now working fine.
What OS platform and version?
