Can't add Traktor Pro 3 to shopping cart

Hi,

I currently have Traktor Scratch Pro 2 and need to update to Traktor Pro 3. Every time I go to the online shop and try to purchase either Traktor Pro 3 full version or the update (which my account qualifies for), it takes me straight to the shopping cart and says the cart is empty. This seems to be an issue with my account, as if I try to purchase the software without using my account then it adds the program to my shopping cart fine. Is there any way to fix this? I want to buy it under this account as I get the cheaper update that way.
