Jacob collier audience choir not working in my logicpro

I already instaled the app but when i open the NKI file ... it shows that it is a demo version and there is no sound when i try to play my midi ....if you see in the below pic it shows that its a demo version

You are apparently using Mac M1 ? What is your exact OS version and what is your Kontakt version ? and what is your Native Access version ?

For the Jacob Collier Audience Choir to work you will need Kontakt version 7.8 or higher !

My OS is montery and kontakt is 7.9

@joje Please first open Kontakt in standalone. Do you get the demo message there when you load the library?

You mention that you open the nki file. It should show in the LIBRARY section, then you should open it by clicking on it:

If it's not showing there, open Native Access and make sure to install the latest update (3.10.1)

How does the library show? Try reinstalling it.

Please make sure that Native Access, Kontakt and your DAW all have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

When u mentioned latest update of 3.10.1 is it for kontakt ? Or mcos ?

I meant Native Access 3.10.1, it's now at version 3.10.3 you can download it here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

It's the software needed to install and activate your products.
