Can't get kontakt 7 to install
ive had kontakt 7 for the last year and ive been using it untill recently it was acting weird and starting to say i had a trial. I then uninstalled it and i havent ever been able to get kontakt 7 to install ever since.
Kontakt 7 appears in native access and says finished installing but the app is nowhere to be found and i cant find it in the uninstall programs. Ontop of that when it has finished installing instead of letting me open it it just says "install" like if it didnt install it even though earlier it said it had.
alot of the products i have on my account use kontakt 7 and i cant use them because it doesn install
please help ive had this issue for a while

You're not going to get very far in getting help without specifying what your system consists of such as Mac or Windows and version, version of Native Access and version of Kontakt 7.

Assuming that you are using Windows 11 as your profile says ! :
You are supposed to be to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (if not then install that)
Log out of N.A.
Then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Kontakt 7 ,
Then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both Native Access XML and offending Kontakt 7 product XML)
then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps
If you recently had a Komplete Now subscription then that can also cause the Demo condition and also this is a problem only fixable by support !
Else if problem persists or if then contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and have them help fix the mess !
After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend !

i have windows 11
i have native access 2 v 3.10.1
i have even reinstalled native access 2 with the link above
the ni reg tool does not detect a kontakt 7 even though ive tried installing it multiple times. other ni products do appear and ones that i downloaded that i didnt have before installed on my machine.
i havent bought a subscription ive been a user since i wanna say komplete 8 and ive bought multiple updates including last year when i got access to kontakt 7
i have restarted computer aswell and nothing.

I have the same issue. How did you fix this?

Same issue still for me too (I'm using Windows 11).
Tried everything suggested including removing any registry info.
Same issue with complete control too.Everything else installs fine
