New version of NI access greyed out option for agree and continue

I cant install the latest version of Access

Operation Sonoma with intel chip

Tried deleting and reinstalling from hd and from library - no change

Any ideas

    It looks like they dropped support

    But how many people will not use NI if they cant update their instruments or cant update their operating systems without things working

    Im hoping a new update of NI access might sort this out

    Dropped support for what?

    I'm not exactly sure what that means but Native Access is compatible with Sonoma and with intel processors.

    Thanks Matt - Im running Sonoma with an intel processor but I can run the latest version on Native access because the option to run it is greyed out - do you know what the fix is?

    Perhaps attach some screenshot here so we can understand what you mean exactly

    you can see that the option bottom right corner is greyed out so can run

    Thanks Macej - I thought I had already done that - going nuts with all the updates after change of os
