TRAKTOR PRO 3 EXPORT TO NEW MACBOOK M1

I m using Itunes /Traktor Pro 3 since 2013 with MACBBOK PRO High sierra mac os high sierra, i ve purchased recently new Macbook pro M1 and i want to know how to export my itunes library and traktor library (all my music files was imported previously from itunes library to traktor) to my new macbook pro M1 .

What is the best option as to avoid any issue ?

Is it better to use Time machine backup or separate back up for each files ( itunes and traktor libary) .
