I have the Komplete 14 collector’s edition and I cannot simply drags loops into my DAW. I tried on logic and pro tools on my iMac. What should I do?
I don't think that you can drag and drop from Komplete Kontrol , that is not what the app is for if you want to drag and drop I think that you need to use the OS file manager , check this video ! : How To Use Native Instruments Expansions In ANY DAW! (FL Studio, Logic Pro & Others)
To use komplete kontrol you are supposed to load the plugin and select and use sounds through KK..

from where are you trying to drag the loops, and which loops?
You should probably check your general setup and your disk access settings.
So that other Mac users can better assist then please tell your computer type and exact OS version , and if your Content location (loops) is on an external drive. Also please tell disk format of Content drive used !
