Moved all to iCloud, lost collection & settings, want it back !

I was moving the hole collection from my External Hard Drive onto the icloud, but I didn't know that in this case my all info the memory of my computer was used and as a result the memory of my computer reached 0, and the next Time I opened my Traktor it showed the next ERROR (attached scrnshot). At this moment all my collection and settings wer lost. I read in F.A.Q that i have to import backup settings. I made advised actions and it is showing the error «error while parsing setting file on import», What I have to do in order to get my settings and collection to the previous order (tags/ playlits and so on)
