Hardware support
I have been trying to contact NI support and keeps taking me in circles!! How can I submit a request?
I have had my z1 controller for a little over a month and it stopped working. The sound comes out completely distorted no matter what speakers or headphones I connect it to.
i urgently need it for my work!
@native-instruments… how do I submit a hardware issue request?

Here is the Traktor support: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/15449821909021
It asked you a few questions and when you say yes to "broken hardware" it gives you a link to contact support by mail.

Are you sure it's not just the audio buffer size that needs adjusting?

Use the N.I. Hardware Support link and then you click forth (and back if necessary using up arrow to the right) until you reach the describe your issue/collect information state where you describe the issue in one go and enter that, which will be the opening of your ticket !
After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend !
