How can I uninstall the older version of Native Access without the mia.lib file?

I cannot update Native Access. When I try to uninstall it, nothing happens. When I download and run the latest installation file, the older version cannot be uninstalled and the two error messages appear. I have already tried several times. What could the "mia.lib" file be? Who can help me?

Apparently this is the solution , at least it is worth trying , run both installers as an Admin ! :
First download and install the Legacy installer from here then reboot computer
After that then install latest version of Native Access for your OS
I hope that that works !
(Please notice that if that does not work then it might take some extra cleaning to remove the traces of the Legacy versions)
Also , if the above does not work then try to turn off your Antivirus and then try the above again !
