An S8 device I purchased in 2018 was registered to a different e-mail address by the shop assistant who was setting up the device for me. Now I am unable to set up the device on my new laptop as the old one crashed and cannot be accessed

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask N.I. account support to help you ! Check this article ! "I Have No Access to My User Account"
