Activating second hand gear. Maschine Mikro MK3

Hello

I recently purchased a pre loved Maschine Mikro MK3 online not realising that to get it to work I would need a software activation code.. this wasn't sold with the unit so I have contacted Native Instruments and received back a job number in an email.. can anyone tell me how long it will take for them to get back to me with some help.. will it be ages?

It depends on the workload really, if you had an acknowledgement email then you're in the queue. If you've not heard back in a day or so a polite poke sometimes helps.

Thanks.. I only got the job number email on Friday so hopefully by the end of this week..😊
