Is custom mapping for X1 disabled in Traktor LE 1.2.6?

This is the 'Controller Manager' page in my Traktor settings.

The 'Add...' button is greyed-out and disabled which I think means I can't modify mapping?

Is this a limitation of Traktor LE 1.2.6?

Then there's the 'Controller Editor' app, should I be using that instead? ie. switching the X1 to MIDI mode and then sending MIDI to Traktor?

If so is there a reference sheet with the MIDI implementation of Traktor somewhere? I couldn't find it.

If this is a limitation of Traktor LE and the Controller Editor can't help, does anyone have an old serial for the original Traktor Pro I could have / buy / borrow?

By the way I realise this software and hardware is really old, but I don't care in the least.

you need the full traktor version in order to be able to do custom user mappings, or load them.

Thank you - I’ve given up on Traktor and using Mixxx instead. It’s so refreshing to not have all these artificial lock-outs
