Please, I need your help

I just read several issues like mine but I can not find the FIX.

In need to put my PURCHASED LICENSE working... I don't know why is happening!!!

Yesterday worked and today, when I turn on the Kontakt for the sound check at stage, it says a message for buy, activate or Demo.

PLEASE!!!!! HELP!!!!

Sorry to learn about your predicament , N.I. support does not work in the forums, and the one man Customer Care person does work weekends, and no , there are no phone support either !

With the total lack of any usable information from you then I will have to suggest that you contact support ! : N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend either !

I've been a Kontakt user (legal, I mean) since v2.

I use Kontakt in a live concert since 2004, as part of my instruments. 20 years/20 tours.

NEVER have this problem before, so no idea about how to fix... but this made me swear.

No way to understand why in my day before rehearsal all was ok. I turned off the Mac. When I turned on yesterday, before the concert, just for the sound check... Kontakt just asked me 3 options: register, demo or buy. This is ridiculous.

I'll contact NI and I will do a claim due the seriousness of the issue.

I did not do anything to crash the installation, software or anything. Just turn on and turn off.

Let see what they have to say to last night disaster.

What I would have done in your situation with only 45 mins to go, I would pay for a new licence to get me through the gig, then explain the situation to NI and ask for a refund.,

While their T&C state you can’t have a refund if you’ve downloaded and registered a product, NI support have always been very helpful to me, and I’m sure if you explained the situation, they could see that you did already own it and would more than likely arrange a refund with very little hassle. The return bit in the T&C is there to stop someone buying something they don’t already own, downloading it, using it and then asking for a refund.

Has already been tried by some desperate person and for all I know then it didn't / does not solve the kind of problems in question here ! (The person bought a second Kontakt 7 license to no avail)

Ref. : My licensed version of Kontakt 7 has just reverted to DEMO MODE!

And as I wrote in the other thread : Quote : Generally it is highly not advisable to buy second copies of already owned software as an attempt to fix problems . Both will it not work but also you can not and should not count on N.I. keep 'doing the right thing' even if they should do so here and especially not if N.I. see something that even begin to look like a pattern with respect to something like this !

Would have helped to include your operating system, as well as the Kontakt version and the libaries used, this way someone could have mentioned these common issues: My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access (Mac and PC) or GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems (if you have a M1 Mac)
