Tried to update fw on KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 MK2 both screens are whited out?

I have a KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 MK2 and after doing a fw update both screens become whited out. I thought that was normal after the update but now Im trying to use Komplete Kontrol the white screens do not change. So how in hell am I supposed to get this working? I bought it a few years ago, surely this cant be broken after one fw update?

Sounds to me as if you have to contact N.I. Hardware Support , hopefully your keyboard is still under warranty ?
