S49 Second Hand Purchase via Facebook Market
Good Morning Everybody,
Just wondering if anybody help me.
I purchased a s49 last week via Facebook Market place and as I'm new to all this, I never realised about licences/ serial numbers ect..
I Have the midi in my hands but I cant get hold of the seller to send the details for the licence to be passed in to my hands.
I've contacted Native Instruments and they've told me to reach out to the seller but Ive had no luck.
I've taken pictures of the midi in my hands and taken pictures of the back of the midi showing the serial.
Any advice of my next steps please ?
Regards,

Send N.I. support copy of receipt and/or whatever proof of purchase that you have together with the pictures taken that you mention and report if seller is not getting back to you/is not helping you ! It's really all that you can do. Also , if the keyboard is an S-Series MK1 then it has been declared EOL by N.I, meaning that you will have to stick to a certain version of software to get it to work as more than a dumb midi controller ! (Kontrol S-Series MK1 EOL discussion)
Besides , registering the keyboard should give you your own 'free' version of Komplete Select but otherwise you should still be able to install and use the keyboard as a midi controller !
