Items in Native Access Disappeared/Cancelled

I have Native Instruments Komplete 14 Ultimate collection, I am experiencing a few issues with certain instruments.

I experienced glitches with the instrument "Feel It" for several days, then it showed up as "Cancelled", when I uninstalled it, it completely disappeared from the Native Access. I have already tried uninstalling Native Access to no avail.

Curious if maybe it was moved to a different pack and just no longer available?

    You're probably not going to get much help until you supply what OS you're on and what version of Native Access you're running.

    Your description is suggestive in as much as it appears to me as if neither "Feel it" (description) nor "Rudiments" and "Duets" (shown on screenshots) were ever part of the Komplete 14 Ultimate collection. You might have bought these at another occasion or somehow acquired them otherwise , and if you have then you need to contact N.I. Purchase and Account Support immediately and have them fix it for you !

    Mind you N.I. have had more mishaps lately , especially with people that prior had a Komplete Now subscription and then at some point cancelled it , and other mishaps also I think so if you own the expansions then you should get support to fix it.

    Thank you, I actually mis-identified the collection that I have. I actually have the Collectors Edition, which I believe does have Feel It, Rudiments, etc.


    However as you mentioned, before upgrading to Collectors, I did have the Komplete Now Subscription, which I cancelled upon upgrading to Collectors.

    I am in contact with support as well, however I have had no luck with solving this issue yet.
