S2 MK3 firmare updater IMPOSSIBLE

Hello ,

I'm trying to update the latest version of firmware via the updater app of NI, But when i plug the controller it is not recognissed by the app therefore i cant '' SCAN'' it and update it.

Controller lights turn on then straight off , i checked the USB section in the mac system and the name of the controller does not appear in the USB PORT section ?

Any idea and solutions ?

Hello,

maybe if you add the exact mac model and the os version to help potentially helpers. I can't cause I'm not a mac user, maybe try on another computer if you have one or a friend.

S2 MK3 requires at least Windows 10: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-controllers/traktor-kontrol-s2/specifications/

Thanks for your reply my Mac model is Macos Monterey 12.7.2 . I found that when i plug in the controller to my computer it does not appear in the USB port name of the mac as if it was not recognised by the computer any idea thanks a lot
