Playbox Not Activated
Been round and round today, trying to solve this. I have Native Access 2 installed on a Windows 11 machine. Despite registering the serial multiple times, uninstalling/re-installing the library and uninstalling/re-installing Native Access, I can't get Playbox (purchased a la carte) out of Demo mode. This is very frustrating. It worked fine on my Windows 10 machine.
Please help?

P.S. No idea why it says "CANCELLED" in NA…

P.P.S. I have the latest full version of Kontakt 7. Everything else in my account/library is current.

This "CANCELLED" thing is currently a widespread issue. NI is aware of it.
