Missing four Brands!
How to get them..
and what they was?
Got missing in all from last 3.9.1.0 update and have no idea what they was, my opinion is that they are somehow NKS or Plugins products.
and they are disappearing if chooses legacy products knob off

Some reason i have memory that there was 4 downloads in Available in last year and these missing parcels are downloaded and last update did remove them even from Files.
I did looked old backup and they all was in there from 09.11.2023 nothing was change't from that point.
If support check's this i have older version what is basing of my Native Instrument collection Select's 12
At'least one thing i know there is no more Kontakt 5:.
and five effect is out from known edge

Read topic by finding missing LO-FI-AF
Applications support missing now apparently about Kontakt 5 Player (Select 12).
Now ignoring missing's until customer cervice get's something new.

Turning off show legacy and log out of N.A. , then deleting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access then reboot computer and run N.A. as an Admin and log in again has fixed that problem for some people , however there are also some where it didn't fix it ! So there is only like fifty-fifty chance or so that it will fix your problem here. Else support will have to fix it !

Maintenance need to fix issue.
They are solving the case, asked few days ago and customer service did say i can ignore and basic'l'y wait until they find a solution.
and there is no xml file only Native Access app and if with this curse! removing about the necessary need and solution to get it back:. and another thing if remove and, some how get back with this same window thinking all need to fix again and putting order in the case.
-How was it and from where to get this file if not from uploading on latest version about the software?
I've been not have such good on data electronics to knowing this.

If your Native Access version is not the latest, please uninstall it and download it from ——.
are you sure to remove this!?
im getting from schizophrenia that do not remove this:.
is it little difficult to help in maintenance to removing the history?
8. Reset the XML file
If you have checked all the above and you are still missing a product, please follow these steps to reset the Native Access XML file:
1. Quit Native Access and all other apps.
2. Open the following location on your computer:
macOS: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Windows: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center3. Delete only the file named NativeAccess.xml from the Service Center folder.
4. Start Native Access and click the refresh button.
After the scan, all the products from your account should be visible again.

Sorry , but you make it virtually impossible to try to assist you when you rather than do what is suggested spam the conversation with quotes from other people and screen shots of instructions and screenshots that are impossible to tell if they are from your own computer or not and also so low in resolution that it is hard to tell what is the text !
Anyway , perhaps there is a language barrier here ? or perhaps you have a hard time navigating the computer ?
The Native Access XML mentioned in my previous post is shown on the last picture you placed and mentioned in the text below the picture. If you need further help with this then I am sorry but you have to ask someone 'in real life' that you know for help or wait for Native Instruments support to try to decipher all of this !

first of all, im making now a convension. a sending a link is some reason denied and asked customer service to check this chain to check from chat board to reason becouse they ask it to check is there ready solution to find out in discussion and sending links are made some reason impossible!
and nother thing im not a american!
making convension with an another spoken native is like why there is no another way to speak than american english?!
and this is not a spamIf sending save draft it saves? and if sending post komment is why nothing happends? and noticing there is two sended messages after pushing another postisting knob is like how to remove previous without deleting the whole thing.
rather i speak with a customer service is becouse all cannot wnow what i was telling them, this whole site is like another customer service becouse they noticed if there is no convension site every thing is asked from customer service.

As I wrote in my last before this post then at this point my only suggestion is that If you need further help with this then I am sorry but you have to ask someone 'in real life' that you know for help , someone that both understands you , English and computers !

There are no missing brands, these are just blank artefacts created by a recent bug in Native Access that hopefully will soon be fixed (and in the meantime the workaround is as Poorfellow suggested, either turn off legacy mode or try deleting the xml although that didn't work for me)

Finnish. At least good way to learn how to make backup from Common Files on C: I have data on D: backup Native Insturuments untill they find a way make a update to Native Access 3.9.1.0 and good easter to every one!
