If you get a yellow exclamation point saying "This crossgrade only works for registered users of Komplete 2-14 Standard" then if you already have the "Komplete 14 Ultimate" then just ignore the yellow exclamation mark and go ahead and buy ! And if any problems afterwards (ought not happen) then N.I. Purchase and Account Support will take care of you !
