Komplete Now messed up paid plugin

Hello lovely community,

I was on the Komplete Now trial when I bought Alicia's keys. It was all great until my trial expired and got canceled. Although in my account there is my serial for Alicia's keys (which I paid separately from my subscription), in native access it shows that it's canceled and when I open up the plug-in it shows up in demo version. Furthermore, when I open up settings for the plug-in it shows "Serial:???". I've tried everything that I can and still native access won't let me access the full version. Has that happened to anyone else?
