If there's no help online and it must be serviced

is there an list of authorized service techs in America,New York City area specifically. If not, how would i have my "s61 MK2" serviced? It would be a wash then.

Contact N.I. Hardware Support and ask for a price quote to get the unit fixed if it is no longer under warranty !

I hope that the N.I. repair quote that you get will be agreeable. 🙂
However , I have noticed that keyboard repairs are not exactly free. I did try looking up some alternative suggestions but I will have to say that the prices do not look very encouraging. But perhaps it's a question of finding that little repair shop that both have the reliability and skill while at the same time not being that expensive !
