Cannot install Valves Pro

I am suddenly having great difficulty installing the Valves Pro library. I installed Action Woodwinds yesterday without issue. Today, in trying to install Valves Pro, the download stalls halfway through. Okay, I'm thinking maybe I need to reset the install path. I try that, I get the "invalid install path" message. So I change my download folder preferences in Native Access, and try again to set "locate" and put the library where I want it. No joy.."the install path is invalid". I try setting preferences to a different download folder..same thing.."the install path is invalid".

Tried cancelling the Valves Pro download and installing again. Same scenario, the download stalls halfway through. I would really like to install and use the product I just paid for.

Seems there is no "contact tech support" tab anywhere on NI's website.

Does anyone have any helpful information?

Try this : Set Native Access paths as you want , then log out of NA

then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending product XML)

then delete all files in download folder and all files and folders related with the product that you have a problem with (Valves Pro) from Content folder !

Then make sure that you have plenty of space on both Download destination , system temp and install destination (if on mac make sure that you do not have TimeMachine snapshots taking up space that you can not see taken)

then restart computer and run Native Access as an Administrator and log in again to see if that helps

Else , the support link is here : N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

Thank you. I figured it out..my Native Access preferences somehow got changed and there was no room in the target folder to which I was downloading Valves Pro, so the download stalled. I reset my target folder to where I want it, on my external Thunderbolt SSD drive, and downloaded and installed without issue.
