New Audience Choir not available for install in NA or Kontakt
in the NEW section of the latest version of Kontakt 7, I can see Audience Choir. It is not showing in Native Access and there is no NEW tab in NA. Clicking on the Audience Choir in Kontakt 7 just brings me back to the web site to download. Why is the download not showing in NA so it can be installed?

thank you for getting in touch.
I have checked your user account and the product is available to you on your user account, so it should be available to you in Native Access, unless you are either on a non-supported operating system or you are using a legacy version of Native Access.
Please make sure you are on a compatible operating system and you are making use of the latest version of Native Access which you can download from here

Im using a new MBP, OS 13.1 , and have the latest version of NA. Version 3.9.1 (92457bd / 1.16.0.0)

there is also no "NEW" tab as mentioned in the instructions from the website.

Try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Accessc
Also , ALL N.I. apps must have full disk access !

I already verified earlier that full disk access is on for all NI apps. Not using network drives, reinstalled NA, and also reset the XML. Seems the expansion pack still won't show up in NA anywhere. Very strange since all others are there if I choose to install them. If only NI would give us a manual way to download and install like other vendors do by importing the expansion pack using utilities within the instrument.

PROBLEM SOLVED !!! After another reboot, and clearing of NA CACHE, i also made sure i was logged out of NA. Logged back in and poof !!! Looks like the XML delete, reboot, logout/login did the trick !!! :) thanks to all who responded today. greatly appreciate it.

Me not. Hmm! Some Question, how to clear the NA Cache in NA 1.14.1? Only to delete the XLM file does not help in my case. I am missing the free Choir library. The people of NI changed something?

You will need to be using both latest version of Native Access for the library to show and also to be using latest version of Kontakt 7 to be able to use it !

Yes, as @PoorFellow said. Some of the newer products will simply do not show in Native Access 1, it's only a legacy software that will dsappear at some point.

Thank you very much for the information! So I have to deinstall Native Access 1. I hope that NA2 allows an easy installing of my Kontakt 7 Lib's because those are a real bunch…
