How to Transfer/synchronize the expansions from Native Access on PC to M+?

On the PC, my Native Access shows me all the expansion packs I have purchased, but on my Maschine+ (logged in with the same Native ID) it doesn't show me - so I can't work with it. I also have the M+ connected to the PC via USB.

I tried to drag the expansions to the SD card on the M+ using Storage Mode and manually (folder menu), but unfortunately that didn't work either.

    i had the exact same problem. The only I fixed it was with opening a ticket with support. They “re-registered my M+” with my account. After that, once I logged off and back with my native ID on M+, the full list of expansions were finally avail.
