How to Transfer/synchronize the expansions from Native Access on PC to M+?

On the PC, my Native Access shows me all the expansion packs I have purchased, but on my Maschine+ (logged in with the same Native ID) it doesn't show me - so I can't work with it. I also have the M+ connected to the PC via USB.

I tried to drag the expansions to the SD card on the M+ using Storage Mode and manually (folder menu), but unfortunately that didn't work either.

i had the exact same problem. The only I fixed it was with opening a ticket with support. They “re-registered my M+” with my account. After that, once I logged off and back with my native ID on M+, the full list of expansions were finally avail.

There is no such thing as synchronization, you have to install things on each platform separately, drag-and-drop will not work.

Are you sure your Maschine Plus doesn't offer installation of your expansions in Settings>Library? Is WIFI turned on? Are you in Standalone Mode? Are you on the latest version?

i can install expansion, but there are only a few (7items) listed. Which came with the ‘system’.

how can I search for expansions which are not listed? Maybe this will help me

@riomascara Community Drive is not a Maschine expansion. It cannot be installed on the M+ (but you can copy the samples and synth presets to the User Content on the SD card).
