Try logging out of NA and try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , (delete both NA XML and offending product XML) then restart computer and log in yo NA again to see if that helped !
Else then what is your Kontakt version and what is your NA version ?

Nuthin from ur guide works.
I do not found the XML file only from na i found it but also no change.
My kontakt 7 version is: kontakt 7.8.1.0
My na version is: native access 3.9.1
I will definitely ask my lawer id they didnt respond Till today in one week.

Thank you for the information. With the software versions that you use then it ought not be the software that is too old but it had to be checked.
Too bad that it did not help you. Yes , it's annoying when one wants to play with ones new toys and then can not. But alas then only support can help you and they work procedural so unless that this turns out to be a system issue then you will have to be going through the fault finding procedures of support !
Anyway , come to think of it , just to be sure that there is no misunderstanding , and no other mishap , does the Rudiments serial list as Registered Product at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ?
Also , I am curious as to if you have had a subscription for the Komplete Now that you have cancelled ?

I cancel the subscription cause i know one day i buy step by step every plugin it is in komplete now.
No it Shows like one of the komplete now plugins cause its "canceled" thats y im thinkin its not registred as my bouhgt Version rather the subscripted plugin

So there is the problem ! Try checking if the Rudiments serial is listed as Not registered at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ? Else also check any emails that you may have had after the purchase of the Rudiments (remember to check spam folder also) , and check if you have any serial down in any of these email. If you have a serial then you need to register it in Native Access add serial !
Else then my reason for asking about the Komplete Now subscription is that there has been a number of users with problems that has suddenly appeared out of the blue after having cancelled their Komplete Now subscription some of them not even cancelling recently.
Anyway, if you can not find a serial to register or if problem persist after registering serial and a computer reboot then you will have to contact Account and registration support and ask them to fix the problem!

Did you solve your problem? I ask because another user is in a similar situation and registering the Serial of the singularly bought library gets accepted but it remains as Canceled.
And others are facing similar issues with canceled Komplete Now subscriptions (even worst: the libraries are Canceled and not in Demo mode) without a concrete solution to it still:
