Installing the Traktor Pro in a new computer

I was trying to install traktor pro on a new macbook (using the same Native Acsses account) and when registering the serial number the message I received says that it is already registered, but it prevents me from proceeding with the download. Do I have to uninstall it from the old Mac?

    Cruciual info is missing, like what Traktor version and Os version do you have installed on your computer.

    If you have Traktor Pro 2 and use a modern mac os then you are out of luck. TP2 is not supported any more. Should work on Windows though.

    For modern mac OS you would need to upgrade to Traktor Pro 3.

    No need to uninstall on the old computer.
