Love Piano intermittently stopping working

Hi. I just started using Love Piano, and am working on a track using it in Cakewalk. As far as I can see everything is set up ok, and I was hearing output from the VST. But randomly, without ma having made any changes to my project, the VST stops working. I can see it is receiving MIDI data because the keys on the keyboard at the bottom of the GUI are activing but there is no sound. If I go back into Kontakt 7 and reselect Love Piano it works agains for a while, then randomly stops again. I tried freezing the output while it was working but the frozen track was silent.

Has anybody experienced anything like this and is there a workaround for it, besides keep reloading it?

    I should say that other Kontakt 7 instruments seem to be working properly; it's only LOVE piano that's not.

    Since it's a third party library and you only have issues with this one, we'd recommend to contact the manufacturer of this library.

    I didn't know it was 3rd party; it came bundled with my NI keyboard.
