Will existing users of Komplete14 Ultimate have access to the new free instruments.

I have Ultimate 14 and got an email talking about an offer where if you upgrade to Komplete Ultimate 14 then you will get UNITY Nostalgic Synth and Lunaris 2 free.

I have looked all over the site and cannot find a way to get this offer if you are already a U14 user.

Also I only have the options to pay for a downgrade to Standard or pay £600 to upgrade to Collectors, which I do not want to do.

I understand that each move from 13 to 14 - 15 will mean that there are new instruments included however these 2 plugins apparently "come with 14U" now and therefore should they not also be included for current 14U users.

If I have missed a link then I apologies.

That offer is only for new users and people who bought K14 very recently. Here's a quote from NI -

if you already own K14 since a while and did not purchase it like super close to the announcement of this campaign then you would not receive additional instruments. This is a time specific offer and applicable on purchases made during that time.
