the left jog no longer turns, it's not a problem because I use jog mode. The problem is that if I turn the jog the track doesn't move, it almost stays still
There may be dirt under the hood. You can carefully use an air-pistol through the ring-slits to loosen the dirt if that is the problem. Turn off the controller first and let it cool.
If that doesn't help, return it to the seller for repairs. If your warranty still stands, this will only cost you time.
