Can someone help me register my Maschine+?

I registered it on the web and it shows under 'my products and serials' but on the Maschine+ itself, I keep getting 'registration failed'. Would appreciate some support in getting things going soon! Cheers

The causes can be many, from a simple error in inputting your account (differently from the one in NI website where you can see your M+ registered) to a defective device (in some cases NI recognized the thing and substituted the hw).
Have a look at those threads reporting the same problem, maybe you can find a solution

Since many of those users never wrote back, I suppose they found a way to have their devices registration working

I am not sure I follow since you did not write how you did that . However please notice that if you look at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page then serials connected with your account can be listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products , so it is important to notice if it is listed as a Not registered product or as a Registered Product !
Anyway , try following this video guide to see if it helps ! (includes the use of smart phone for scanning) : Getting Started With Maschine+ , it has a section three that says : MASCHINE+ Onboarding - Registering the Hardware .
If this is not of help either then use the link for support placed by LostInFoundation above and contact account and Registration support !

I am having the exact same problem.
- Brand new Maschine+ received (not refurbished). went through the setup from scratch.
- Connected to Wifi (success)
- Used the QR code to login to my account and input the number on the screen (success).
- Then try and register the M+ to my account - failed. retry - failed.
- There is a QR code that takes me to register it manually by entering the serial number (success). I can see it in my list of registered products when I login via the web.
- Go back to the Machine+ and retry the process - it fails every time. no way to get the actual hardware past this screen.
This appears to be new. I bought it full price. not refurbished. Someone please help! Would really like to use it this weekend.
Filed a support ticket but it's now the weekend over there :(

UPDATE: I unplugged it and plugged it in via USB + then the power. it seems to go into controller mode, so I unplugged it and the USB and plugged power back in. restarted and went into standalone mode. I had to register it again via the interface, but it seemed to work this time - maybe because it's a different process. Stumbled on this by accident.
