The default interactive shell is now zsh.
To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

The "The default interactive shell is now zsh" apparently is just some standard information from Apple indirectly stating that Bash is not be used !
Did you try the advice given in the Native Access Crashes or Freezes (Mac) ?
Also , the per standard advice ! :
How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Thank you. I work with NI over 20 years, I did not change anything on my Mac. I have hundreds of products installed in NI Access. Since NIAccess 2 there is always trouble sometimes. And yes, I tried the Crashes/freeze device two times.

Sorry , I didn't spot this until just now , your issue is most likely the same as here :
(For now you might need the Legacy version of Native Access ?)
Hey there, the Native Access team is aware of the issue, you can see Hayo's reply there: https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/comment/138632/#Comment_138632

Do you have a link for an official download for Native Access 3.8.1 for Mac ? (I have not been able to spot it though it might have been added since last I checked)

I'm having the same issue. I updated the Terminal setting to /bin/zsh and it is still not working. Plus, Ableton is not being able to authenticate the Native Instruments plug-ins. I'm running a macOS Big Sur which means I can't run any of the old Native Access versions.

That's funny. Every time you reboot your Mac, Access updates itself to 3.9.0. I just have to replace the app with 3.9.0 and it works again.

sorry, replace by 3.8.1

The NA V 3.9.0 issue ought to be fixed rather soon , but until then : Here's a version of Native Access 3.8.0 in the meantime: NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0
