GROTH - Free? Does this apply to purchases made December?

I've just seen that if you buy CE you get Groth Free.

I bought CE Dec and was just wondering if there was any way that this offer applied retrospectively? If so, how do I get it?

Probably December is a little too much far away.

The longest period of grace I witnessed was when Presonus gave me the new Studio One version because I updated to previous version 2 months before. And I found it quite generous, specially because they did it even without me having to ask for it
