LOCATING/INSTALLING/LOADING SESSIONS GUITAR

SESSIONS GUITAR and PLUCKED GUITAR

You will see from the attachments that I ordered and received the relevant software in April 2020.

Since that date, my computer was wiped.

I have a Macbook Pro with an Intel Processor and am running OS SONOMA. I am working with GARAGEBAND v 10.4.10.

I have loaded up Native Access and have Kontact Player 6, Kontakt 7, and Komplete Kontrol installed also.  

All my products are present, but no trace of Sessions Guitarist STRUMMED or SESSION GUITARIST PICKED.

I would be most grateful if you could advise.

If your products are missing from account then make sure that you are logged into the correct account and check the Registered Products  and Not registered at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page

If you are sure that you are logged into the right page and if any products are missing or if you need help to gain access to an old account that you lost access to then please ask N.I. account support to help you ! Check this article ! "I Have No Access to My User Account "

Else if all products are on account and should your problem be one of Native Access then Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Also aLL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access !!!

If all products appear to be on your account and if the problem persists and is one of Native Access then please contact Native Access support !
