Who can assist me at NI, so can i use my Traktor 3 program? i'm losing djing revenue
native access is not allowing me to use my Traktor 3 program from January 2024.
it ask for dependencies, waste time not doing anything.
the previous native access i had did not give any problem, can i install back that version and activate my Traktor 3 program?
i'm losing money because i can't book any djing gigs.
i bought a program that i cannot use now.
i need to resolve my problem asap.

Your profile says you're using Windows 7. Is that still the case?
If the previous Native Access had no problems, presumably you installed and were using Traktor at that time. Was that on the same computer?
I'm just wondering why apparently you don't have Traktor installed any more.
In the case of booking DJ gigs, where's your backup? You shouldn't be relying on one computer & one program.

From your profile then your problem appear to be that you are using Windows 7 :

Otherwise be more specific as to what you need and what your problem is !

I was about to link that as well, but the traktor list only shows TP2 and not 3 :(
For whatever reasons NI is shy about sharing legacy installers. You need to write to support or sometimes they link dropbox shares here on the forum.

@lord-carlos , thank you for the reminder !
Thank you , yes , I did notice that , but user not being more specific and me not knowing exactly what version would be needed I didn't look further.
There is download of 'updates' of previous versions but I have no idea if they can be used as full version installers ! ;

answer to questions:
- i'm using win7 pro
- it was on the same computer
- i'm repeating myself again, native access updated the one i had before, but ask for dependencies. it native access stuck, went no further.
- i bought traktor 3, i expect to be using it, regardless of backup or otherwise. i continue to lose money, each day, which is ridiculous.

native access is the problem, focus on that. it does not work. go back to allowing the older native access to allow me to activate Traktor 3.
how soon will i be able to go and do this? when i go online there are no issues whatever?
i need to know if i must abandon Traktor 3, and go to Serato instead?

If the attempts to help you here is not sufficient then please contact N.I. support ! However , be advised that if you are using an unsupported OS (e.g. Windows 7) then you might end up being told that there is no support for that ! But I can not tell how support will act or react since I do not work for support !

If you're losing DJ revenue you have no one to blame but yourself. Did you perform due diligence before jumping in and upgrading? That's what any reasonable business person does so they don't end up in your situation. All of the things you point out are things that were well documented as far a minimum configurations to support the product. Just consider this a good lesson in how to run a business endeavor professionally.

listen carefully,
i bought a product from 2021, traktor 3, it was working quite fine with the older native access.
ni changed native access, which does not work. and have not addressed to fix the issue.
in 2024 i tried to open my then working traktor 3, which ni said needed to upgrade native access to activate. this i did.
nothing has worked after that.
i dont jump into upgrades, ni messed up my ability to use a bought program.
the lesson here is, if it's working quite fine, dont mess up the customers ability to earn a living.
does ni understand this? do you understand my point?

so i the customer is begging native instruments to address my issue. why?
i have heard from no one at native instruments to talk to solve my serious issue, why?
no customer service exist at this company?
why should anyone buy a product from native instruments, when something goes wrong, there's no one to talk to solve any issue, why?
this is disrespect to customers native instruments, a don't care attitude.
i would like to be refunded the money i paid for traktor 3, which i no longer have the use of immediately native instruments.

As you have been told already then if you are not satisfied with the attempts to help you here then please contact N.I. support ! However , be advised that if you are using an unsupported OS (e.g. Windows 7) then you might end up being told that there is no support for that ! But I can not tell how support will act or react since I do not work for support !
Also , there appear to be some misunderstanding here ! : N.I. support does not work the forums ! There is a very busy customer care person that are here most week days but this person does not take the decisions on behalf of support either.
So please contact N.I. support and adhere to their decisions !

For Windows 7/8 system, Native Access v1.14.1 is the last version that is supported (see https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000407909-Native-Access-Legacy-Installers-for-Older-Operating-Systems), while Traktor Pro v3.5.3 is also the last version supported (see https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/43/official-update-status-traktor-pro-3-current-version-3-11-1; click on the “Spoiler Warning” to read the full release notes of past versions of Traktor Pro 3).
If you still want to continue using your Windows 7 system, you have to uninstall the current version that is giving you grieve, download and install Native Access v1.14.1, and hopefully Traktor Pro v3.5.3 will be listed when you run it and login with your NI user account credentials.
You can only use the latest version of Traktor Pro 3 (v3.11.1) if you upgrade your computer to Windows 10/11 and running the latest version of Native Access as well. If you want to follow this path, remember to backup your data—I think there are articles on the internet to teach you how to do this.
