I tried loading original access then 2 and that didn't help
First of all be sure that you have full Administrator access to the computer and that you have no virus or malware on your computer , you always want to make sure of that anyway !
then check that you have not turned this on : block third-party app installations in Windows 11/10 : https://www.thewindowsclub.com/block-third-party-app-installation-windows-10
Then check this (You want Native Access and it's installer to have access) : Allow an app to access controlled folders : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/allow-an-app-to-access-controlled-folders-b5b6627a-b008-2ca2-7931-7e51e912b034
Then run this fix : Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d
Open Windows search tool and search for Disk cleanup
Run Disk cleanup System tool , Select drive C: , and then choose to delete "temporary files"
press the Windows logo key + E , Under Quick access, select Downloads , Delete content of download folder or at least anything related to Native Access
Then uninstall the Native Access , then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon , then use Windows Explorer to search your system drive for all instances of 'Native Access' and 'NTKDaemon' and delete it all . Then restart computer , download newest version of Native Access for your OS ,
Then If you have an antivirus program especially a 'protection suite' then you might want to turn that off
then reinstall Native Access running the installer as an Administrator !
If none of this helps and if you are an Administrator on the computer then you need to contact N.I. support here.
