New Order not showing in not installed products in Native Access

Hello,

I have downloaded many things from NI in the past. I recently bought session percussionist, and it won't show up in my native access. I manually entered the serial number, and it shows under "register products" but does not show under "not installed products" I have logged out and also hit the refresh button several times.


HELP!
