Well, I get your point but since clips are freely adjustable this can help too.

Works great in both scenario idealy

I'm sad this isn't higher rated. ;n; y'all really play a whole set in one tempo? you don't listen to any genres of music that implement abrupt tempo changes? you've never heard a metal breakdown?! Dark times, these are. :P How is it that the polyend tracker can change tempo on a "per-step" basis, but we can't even get this on a "per scene"? :(

sure yeah . Ableton link is the best way at this point but less than ideal and the time signature grid in standalone mode is confusing , though in real time with tap + wheel it is clearly possible to do a lot. Like the other day I played mixing with YouTube videos with dual screen like djs in old times was great

Wanting (and complaining a lot about) the lack of at least a simple tempo/time sig change function since the day MK1 came out…not the end of the world, just have to slave to Reaper as a master tempo track…but now with M+ would be so nice to actually be able to fully ditch the computer live…

but anyways reading this thread got me wondering/thinking- could there be a few level options of tempo/time sig- like maybe a top level master tempo track that works like a clip, top level above all the scenes, patterns, and clips and it could just be enabled when needed and tempo/time sig info could be dropped at locations along the time line. Ideas mode would just stay at whatever the master tempo is set to, adjust manually, or maybe have an option to follow wherever the tempo clip has last landed…

I’m sure time signature changes could get tricky, but I usually just do everything 1/4 and adjust the pattern length…That would be the most basic solution I would be fine with, but I would love to see an option to select master tempo.

definitely no software engineer so I’m sure there are challenges I have no clue about that y’all have probably already thought of..

Been growing with Maschine since day one and would just love to see something addressing tempo changes….been waiting and hoping every update for 10+ yrs lol… This would seriously elevate M+ as a legit solution for a fully standalone hardware sequencer in my opinion.
