I haven’t received a ticket # after submitting a ticket
Hello,
Has something change with customer support? When I submitted an inquiry to customer support in the past I would get a ticket via email but had submitted a couple yesterday and today about the same issue and I haven’t gotten a ticket via email. I also can’t find my inquiry anywhere on the website.
Any advise or help?

IF you did not get your confirmation email and if it is not in your spam folder either then that is a bug. Alas then that has been experienced more times by people lately.
